Our corporate ICTD web site is not really doing well. I have asked Serge to develop an app that will allow us to easile add updates to the home page, similar to the Observatory but independent. In that way we can post UNDP ICTD related stuff easily an at leat maintain the page up to date.
Let us see how it works out.
