Stuff about ICTs and development, human development that is — and not just software or technology development.

I like to explore whether and how new digital technologies can enhance the quality of life, ranging from basic socio-economic issues to policy and political gaps, focusing mostly on developing countries.

Older blogs were written during my 22-year stint at UNDP.  In this light, some might attract widespread public interest but are included in the historical record.

At any rate, it is time to catch up.
